How do I place an order? TOP

Ordering at Kugga Kids's Online shop is easy. From the product page, simply select the size of the item you would like and the quantity and click "Add to Bag". When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to check out.       

What is real time inventory? TOP

Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page via a drop down menu by size. It is important to know that your shopping bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the checkout process is completed. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become "out of stock" before the checkout process is completed and will be removed from your shopping bag. This may occur on items with low inventory, such as sale merchandise with only 1 or 2 items left in stock.

What size should I order? TOP

Select the right size for that special child using our Kugga Kids apparel size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.               

What forms of payment does Kugga Kids accept? TOP

All prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover with PayPal payment. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. Please note that online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order ships.

Is your site secure? TOP

Yes, your ecommerce transaction is handled by PayPal, which using industry-standard SSL encryption.

Is my personal information kept private? TOP

We do not resell or distribute your addresses, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will only be used if we, or the courier delivering your package, need to contact you with a question about your order. As paypal Store, we are also bound by paypal Store's policies, as outlined here: Paypal Privacy Policies.

There seems to be an issue with my credit card, but I don't think there's a problem with it. What's going on? TOP

Your card might be declined for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.

How quickly will my order be shipped? TOP

All domestic orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise indicated on our product description page).  Standard delivery takes 4 - 6 business days after your order has been processed.

Do you ship outside the United States? TOP

The Kugga Kids online currently does not ship internationally.  If you are interested in having an item shipped international, please contact us for a shipping quote: support@kuggakids.com

Can I track my order? TOP

Tracking information for shipping methods is available through your order information page; this link is available in your order confirmation email.

How can I change or cancel my order? TOP

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at support@kuggakids.com within one hour of placing your order. Once your order has entered into our shipping process (which occurs one hour after you submit your order) it cannot be cancelled.

Why does Kugga Kids charge sales tax on online orders? TOP

Kugga Kids is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any state in which it has a physical presence. Since Kugga Kids is a fully owned subsidiary of Sassy Paci Boutique LLC and  has a presence in Ohio, we must charge tax in this state.

What do I do if I have a defective item? TOP

At Kugga Kids we pride ourselves on our high standard of quality of our clothing and accessories. We will always stand behind our product when there is a defect and offer a full value refund to our customers.  Please contact us at support@kuggakids.com so that you can be issued a return authorization.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased? TOP

Items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. We cannot accept item that is not complete or damage for returns or exchanges. Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials. YOU MUST EMAIL us within 3 business days from the day you received package to acquire an exchange or a return. Please contact our customer service at support@kuggakids.com.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if above condition is not met.

All returns require a 1-2 week processing period once the items arrive in our warehouse. Please send your return with an insured courier, preferably one with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Where do I enter my Gift Certificate/Coupon Code? TOP

Try following these steps:

  1. Select the item or items and click "order"
  2. Click the Calculate Shippingb button (this step needs to be done before you enter your coupon code)
  3. Enter the zipcode of where the item is being shipped:
